Welcome to the new web site

It's been a long two years, but we finally have a web site thanks to a volunteer from M'Chigeeng First Nation. This web site is state of the art.

It allows all our members and non members to view our community news, events and requests. Visitors can also register thier email address to recieve postings as soon as they are available.

And it doesn't stop there, there is also many ways to contact the Sudbury Metis Council by email, phone, fax, or regular mail.

In fact, the official launch was at this years Annual General Metting on June 11, 2009.

We, the Sudbury Metis Council will strive to raise the awareness of our people and the community by promoting our culturee and heritage through relevant programs and services in the Sudbury Area.
